While Notary MD to be known throughout this Terms & Conditions Page as “Company” makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information you should not assume that the information is up to date. If you have any questions, you may call us for any questions.
Indemnification
Client shall indemnify and hold harmless “Company”, all Notaries, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Signing Agents, Attorneys, Managing Members, Employees and or Any and All “Company” Representatives, against all claims, damages and expenses arising out of or resulting from the performance of “Company” service, including without limitation claims by any customer/borrower of Client, cause in whole or in part by any negligent or willful act or omission of Client. All of our ”Company” Notaries are independent contractors and carry their own E & O insurance policies and are background screened by the NNA or other reputable notary organizations.
Personal Use
Your use of the “Company” materials included on this site is for informational purposes only. You agree not to share distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the contents of this site in any way.

These sites are not under the control of “Company” and we do not endorse any of the content, products or services offered on these sites. “Company” cannot be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracy, losses or damages resulting from the usage of such websites.
Client Agreement
The client (requesting party) is responsible for the full payment for any and all services. In the event of an appointment cancellation more than 24 hours, we will refund you fully. If cancelled less than 24 hours, 50% is returned. Our base fees are affordable and industry standard; however additional fees may be added for extra services such as, scanned documents, copies, additional pages, Attorney present for loan signing, Signing Agent, bilingual signing and pick up or delivery of notary documents.
Only if applicable, all document shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
There are no cancellation fees charged for notary appointment signings cancelled in a reasonable amount of time (24 hours or more). However, if emailed documents have already been printed or copied, documents picked up, or the trip to the pre-set appointment started, then a trip and print fee will be charged.
If we must return to the customer’s home to sign or correct additional documents by reason of an error made by “Company” and or its Service Providers, then the trip and the correction will be made in a timely fashion at no additional charge. If we are requested to return for reasons beyond our control the applicable trip fees will apply and be billed to the client.
Full payment is due after appointment has been confirmed. All Notaries and personnel used by Company are part of a private and secure database. The client and/or its associates will not engage in any business directly or indirectly with any of “Company” Notaries, nor will they attempt in any way to contact said “Company” Representatives of any kind and or type to include Notaries in regards to any past, present or future document signings.
